Values
At the place where we have the privilege to live and work – on the Rhine River, on Lake Constance and near the Alps – the feeling of freedom is particularly strong. But freedom cannot be taken for granted. At LGM, we have jointly developed our values and our stance on freedom, diversity, equality and inclusion. These serve as our compass.
Human
We take differences into consideration when dealing with each other. Humanity stems from the way we work together at LGM. We want to treat everyone as equals, regardless of whether they are our customers, our employees, our suppliers or anyone else. For us, customers are not kings (as the German saying goes), but partners in achieving their communication goals.
Modular
Our strength lies in the fact that as a team we are able to solve many different challenges in different ways. This is because we know how to use our strengths in a targeted manner – we are modular and versatile. We are characterized by our knowledge, which comes together through each individual. Everyone has a different background and different knowledge.
Holistic
We are at the cutting edge with our knowledge and skills. We observe trends with a keen eye and use them when they are useful for achieving a communication goal. What our clients perceive from us is more than just knowledge. It is also the way we think and analyze and the way we communicate. Our work is based on design skills, goal-oriented thinking, care and precision. What we conceive and design is intelligent, emphatic and never arbitrary. We always keep the big picture in mind.
Balanced
We believe that long-term satisfaction can only be found in balance. In the balance between our ideas and designs and the wishes and feedback of our customers. We stand by our work. Nevertheless, we are not artists, but service providers. We defend our ideas and our attitude, but we are open to input and other points of view. Work hard, live happily: for us, work is also life. A balance between work and leisure is very important to us.
